Assist in daily mining operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Conduct regular inspections of mining equipment and report maintenance needs. Support operational activities including drilling, blasting, and material handling. Document daily operational data such as production metrics and safety observations. Assist during emergency situations to ensure team safety and operational continuity. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve operational challenges. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 / Matric. Strong skills in safety compliance, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Knowledge of mining practices and procedures. Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Prior mining operations experience preferred but not mandatory.
