Job description
IMPALA PLATINUM MINE is hiring full-time Mining Operations Staff in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. In this on-site role, you will support safe, efficient mining operations and contribute to operational performance.
Salary: 18000 per month. Minimum education: Grade 12 / Matric. Previous mining or related experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with site safety regulations and procedures.
- Support daily mining activities and help ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Inspect mining equipment and report faults or maintenance needs.
- Assist with drilling, blasting, material handling, and other operational activities.
- Record daily production information and safety observations.
- Assist during emergencies to help protect team members and maintain operational continuity.
- Work with colleagues to improve processes and address operational challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
