Job description
Tasks
- Configure and set up mobile devices for the county’s Evergreen Refresh program, ensuring each device meets security standards.
- Coordinate deployment logistics, schedule handoffs, and track inventory for secure e‐cycling and disposal.
- Provide first-line support for break/fix issues, troubleshoot device problems, and maintain accurate deployment documentation.
- Collaborate with the Unified Endpoint Management team to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to county operations.
