Onsite Program/Engineering Coordinator

Tasks

• Act as the single point of accountability and primary coordination contact at the client site.
• Own delivery plans, sprint cadence, and project status reporting.
• Translate client priorities and business requirements into actionable offshore team backlogs.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ Years
• Program and Delivery Management
• Agile / Scrum Methodologies
• SAFe Ceremonies
• Sprint and Release Planning
• Risk and Dependency Management
• Stakeholder Management and Client Coordination
• Governance and Escalation Management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
• Any Visa (Except GC & USC)
