Khushboo is hiring a full-time Outbound Loan Sales Executive in Delhi, Delhi, India. In this customer-facing financial services role, you will contact prospective customers, understand their borrowing needs, and explain suitable loan options. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to discuss loan products and services with potential customers.
• Understand client needs and present appropriate loan solutions.
• Record customer interactions and manage leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads, build customer relationships, and work toward closing sales.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues and share effective sales techniques.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Keep informed about lending industry trends, competitor offerings, and relevant regulatory changes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with loan products or financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.

Team and Reporting
