Khushboo is seeking a motivated and talented Outbound Loan Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. This full-time role is vital in our financial services sector, focusing on engaging potential clients and offering customized loan solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients via outbound calls to present loan options and services.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage leads using CRM software.
• Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and share effective sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets contributing to team success.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting lending.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of loan products and financial services is an advantage.
