Performance Tester

🚀 WE ARE HIRING – PERFORMANCE TESTER
📍 Location: Sacramento, CA
⏳ Duration: 12+ Months / Long-Term Contract
We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in enterprise application performance testing, test scripting, API validation, workload modeling, and performance automation.
🔹 Mandatory Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Performance Testing for large-scale enterprise systems.
3+ years of experience developing and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and preparing test reports.
3+ years of hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience validating APIs and system performance, including response time, throughput, and error rates.
3+ years of experience translating non-functional requirements into performance test scenarios.
3+ years of experience using SQL or similar technologies for test data validation.
3+ years of experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Bachelor's degree required. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
🔹 Desirable Qualifications:
7+ years of cumulative experience in Performance Testing for large-scale enterprise systems.
5+ years of experience in workload modeling, performance monitoring, and developing, maintaining, and executing performance test automation scripts for API, Mainframe, and Web-based applications.
3+ years of experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
2+ years of experience with cloud-based performance testing.
1+ year of experience supporting public sector or benefit systems meeting large-scale enterprise criteria.
Certifications such as:
ISTQB Certified Tester Performance Testing (CT-PT)
OpenText LoadRunner Professional Certification
Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or Engineering.
