Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily brewery operations to maximize production efficiency and meet company standards. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to effectively plan and execute production schedules. Monitor and enforce quality control processes to maintain the highest quality in every batch brewed. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and continuous development for current staff. Analyze production data and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by strictly following health and safety regulations. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, performance metrics, and strategic plans. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate (or equivalent) is mandatory. Proven leadership experience in a team-oriented industrial environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
