Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily brewery operations to meet and exceed quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols throughout the production facility.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees to company standards.
• Collaborate with management on projects and process improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and operational coordination.
• Knowledge of safety compliance in manufacturing or brewery environments.
• Technical understanding of brewing processes and equipment operation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in production or brewery settings preferred.

At Heineken Sedibeng Brewery South Africa, you will report to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations. This permanent role is based in Vereeniging, Gauteng and is not eligible for remote work.

Salary: 10,000 ZAR per year
