Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations ensuring all processes meet strict quality standards. Implement and monitor safety compliance protocols throughout the brewery. Collaborate with management on project development and process enhancements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams. Strong communication skills to support teamwork and operational discussions. Knowledge of safety compliance in manufacturing environments. Technical skills related to brewing processes and equipment operation. Minimum 2 years’ experience in production or brewery settings preferred.
