Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform minor medical procedures with precision and care.
- Educate patients and their families on effective health management, preventive care strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to improve overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, legal regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
- Active DEA License and Board Certification that is current and unrestricted.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred, demonstrating strong clinical skills and patient care expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) required.
Compensation: $175,000 per year
