Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum. Define and prioritize product backlog based on strategic goals and customer feedback. Monitor product performance metrics and customer usage data to inform product iterations. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering input throughout the product lifecycle. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in product management with a focus on Agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Familiarity with product management software tools such as JIRA or Trello is preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management or development.
