Job description
CazVid is hiring a full-time Product Manager in Mesa, Arizona. This on-site role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, improve customer satisfaction, and guide products from concept through launch in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, aligning product plans with market needs and company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and enhancements.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to plan and deliver product rollouts.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic goals and customer feedback.
- Track product performance metrics and customer usage data to guide product iterations.
- Communicate with stakeholders, share progress updates, and gather input throughout the product lifecycle.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant product management or product development experience.
- Product management experience with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello is preferred.
