Project Manager

Oversee project documentation, risk assessments, and compliance with industry standards. Facilitate daily stand-ups and project meetings to keep the team on track and motivated. Measure and report on project success metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially in technology-focused environments. Proven skills in project management methodologies, client communication, and team leadership. Industry-standard certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are highly desirable. Familiarity with project management software/tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project). In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team structure, working closely with developers, designers, and business analysts. You will report to the Senior Project Director and engage with various departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.
