QA Tester (Manual Testing)

Tasks

• Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute detailed manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, exploratory, and negative testing.
• Validate business rules, application behavior, data flows, and customer journeys.
• Identify, document, track, and retest software defects.
• Maintain reusable manual regression test suites.
• Perform cross-application and end-to-end digital experience testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release validation.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Product Owners to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Manual QA / Software Testing experience.
• Strong experience in test case design and execution.
• Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End Testing.
• Defect management and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
