We are looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates well, and is willing to learn. Office is located at 3302 Adare St. Ste D, Weslaco, TX. (Located next to Moran’s Pizza)
Basic Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Basic knowledge of email and Microsoft Office or similar programs
- Ability to organize information and handle multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
