Receptionist Front Desk Coordinator

About the role

Ballroomdancectr is seeking a receptionist and front desk coordinator to welcome students and guests and support the studio team. No dance experience is required. The position is on-site, with compensation DOE.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and guests.
• Answer calls, texts, and inquiries.
• Schedule lessons and appointments.
• Follow up with new and prospective students and help new clients book their first lesson.
• Process payments and assist with front desk needs.
• Support instructors and the studio team.
• Help promote classes, events, and studio programs.

Requirements

• Be friendly, outgoing, and professional; organized and dependable; and positive, energetic, and a team player.
• Be comfortable talking with people by phone and in person.
• Be confident with computers and scheduling.
• Have a customer-service and sales mindset.
• Previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
