Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide accurate and detailed information about our behavioral health products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution to maximize customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, updating internal databases promptly to support team efforts. Support team initiatives by collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive customer service environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your customer service skills. Collaborate with other departments, including clinical and administrative teams, to ensure seamless and coordinated customer experiences. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent credential. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically. Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, especially in healthcare or behavioral health sectors. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools.
