Job description
Tasks
- Data Mapping, Validation, and Reporting Development
- General Ledger (GL) Mapping and Validation
- Testing Strategy, Test Execution, and Issue Resolution
- Payroll Calculation and Output Validation
- Testing Downstream Reporting and Billing Requirements
- Identifying gaps between existing UKG processes and future SuccessFactors processes
- Ensuring all required outputs are validated and ready before go-live
Requirements
- Strong functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time & Payroll Management
- Experience with UKG-to-SuccessFactors process transition
- Payroll testing, data validation, and GL mapping expertise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in the United States
