Senior Manager - Revenue Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Global Finance team, providing revenue and financial analysis support to all US practice offices within their region. The role builds relationships with practice office Revenue Managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure excellent revenue support.

The role will be located in either the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. It may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Revenue Operations with revenue-related aspects of setting up and supporting new or expanding practice offices. This includes traveling to these offices to assess local needs, meeting with attorneys and staff, assisting with the recruiting of Revenue staff, and helping collect and evaluate information about statutory requirements for start-up operations in new countries.
• Create tip sheets, billing manual updates, and other training materials, and train practice office revenue staff and attorney support on proper revenue procedures.
• Work with local practice offices to ensure the Inventory Management Gold Standard is executed effectively.
• Maintain a continuing review of revenue-related procedures.
