Senior Project Manager

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end migration projects from Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud.
• Develop migration roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive target architecture discussions and system integration planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data migration, configuration, and implementation.
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Manage project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Genesys Engage or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of Genesys Engage architecture and Genesys Cloud (CCaaS).
• Experience with CCaaS architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, networking, and telecommunications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud migration experience.
• Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) certification.
