Job description
About the role
Support the modernization of the TBIRDS through data integration, automation, dashboards, and electronic case reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts using SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Strong experience with data integration and workflow automation
- Dashboard development and data visualization
- Complex healthcare, public health, or administrative data
- Database querying and data analysis
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Automated data ingestion, validation, and integration testing
- Data accuracy, completeness, matching, and reconciliation
- Technical documentation, code documentation, and workflow specifications
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- 2+ years of eCR / eICR, EHR, or Health Information Exchange experience
- HL7, FHIR, XML and clinical data exchange standards
- SNOMED CT or other clinical terminology standards
- SQL and relational databases
- Public health registries and registry modernization
- Data matching and automated ETL pipelines
- Healthcare data integration and interoperability
