Requirements:
• Proficient in Spanish and English language both verbal and written.
• Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• With or without experience are open to apply
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, chat for Spanish and English.
✔️ Answer and resolve customers complaints.
✔️ Analyze and resolve issues received from the customer.
✔️ Perform other related tasks needed.
