Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage access at event entrances to ensure compliance with security protocols. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism. Assist in the setup and breakdown of event areas, ensuring a safe environment. Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards to maintain security at all times. Collaborate with event organizers and other security personnel to implement safety plans effectively. Engage with attendees, fostering a welcoming environment while enforcing venue policies. Handle conflicts and emergencies with a calm demeanor, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Required and preferred qualifications Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Teamwork and professionalism in interacting with diverse groups. Prior experience in security or event management is preferred.
