Job description
Join Integrity Security as a Special Event Guard in Honolulu, Hawaii. This on-call position offers the opportunity to help keep guests, staff, and event spaces safe at community events throughout Honolulu. You’ll work with event organizers and security teammates to support a welcoming, secure experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor event entrances and manage access in accordance with security protocols.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service to guests.
- Assist with event-area setup and breakdown while maintaining a safe environment.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and other concerns.
- Coordinate with event organizers and security personnel to carry out safety plans.
- Engage with attendees and enforce venue policies respectfully.
- Respond calmly to conflicts and emergencies, and help resolve issues promptly.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Dependable, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and collaborative when working with diverse groups.
- Previous security or event management experience is preferred.
- First aid or CPR certification is a plus.
