Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and filling roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to promote a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for talent acquisition and market insights. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure recruitment success and client satisfaction. Participate in company initiatives and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to team growth. Required and preferred qualifications Certification in a relevant field is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in communication, both verbal and written. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is highly advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
