System Engineer – Intune/Active Directory Administrator

Tasks

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Build, deploy, and maintain application packages through Intune.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Portal, and Active Directory.
• Manage Windows 10/11 endpoints, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Perform endpoint troubleshooting, patch management, and security updates.
• Provide Microsoft 365, Teams, and Outlook support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
• Handle escalated incidents and ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain technical documentation, reporting, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• 7+ Years
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Active Directory Administration
• Azure Administration
• Windows 10/11 Administration
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• PowerShell Scripting
• Preferred: Microsoft 365 / Teams Administration, ServiceNow, Windows Server Administration, Patch and Security Management, Network Troubleshooting, Android and iOS Device Management
• Local Atlanta-area candidates only.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
