Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, power, modem, and network hardware issues.
- Guide customers step-by-step through technical solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate in an IT-related field, at least third year.
- Non-IT graduates or undergraduates are accepted with relevant TSR experience.
- Knowledge of RJ11/RJ45 standards, cabling, basic hardware, and internet connection troubleshooting.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
