Mentor Talent Acquisition is building LLM-powered tools to shape the future of AI-native research platforms. As an early engineer, you’ll help design and ship products that rethink how humans interface with research and data.

Responsibilities

• Work directly on high-impact LLM applications and systems.
• Collaborate closely with clients to turn ideas into fast, scalable tools.
• Influence product direction and technical architecture from day one.
• Help define engineering culture, principles, and pace.

Requirements

• Be a product-minded, full-stack engineer who loves building fast, clean, and impactful tools.
• Have shipped full-stack projects end-to-end; startup or early-stage experience is a bonus.
• Be excited to collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape product vision.
• Want to build things that feel futuristic but are incredibly useful.
• Be highly proficient in TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Constantly feel like you’re not building fast enough.
