Workday QA Automation Engineer

Tasks

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build reusable automated test assets for Workday business processes.
• Validate Workday configurations, security roles, business processes, and reports.
• Test inbound/outbound integrations and file-based interfaces.
• Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional QA Testing and Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday application testing.
• Knowledge of Workday business processes, configurations, security, and integrations.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing automated test coverage for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of API testing and data validation.
• Preferred: Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Recruiting.
• Preferred: Workday Reports
