This full-time role is essential to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the recovery journey. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Guide customers through the recovery process with clarity and empathy. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality. Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities. Attend regular training and meetings to stay informed on policies. Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Pre-University Certificate (PUC).
