Job description
Skills Description: Resumes must clearly state a minimum of 6 months recent experience in a high-volume contact center/call center environment (verifiable). Bilingual capability is required. Preferred Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong ability to multi-task effectively Responsibilities: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM. Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days. Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries. Assist in problem resolution as needed. Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner. Document all interactions clearly and accurately in online logs. Transfer calls to other Call Center units when necessary. Meet individual performance standards and maintain required attendance and quality metrics. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
