Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Work Model: Onsite Duration: Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position involves supporting Medicaid providers and clients by delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and provide professional, unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claim status, and general program inquiries. Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary. Document all interactions accurately in the system. Transfer calls to appropriate teams as needed. Meet established performance, attendance, and quality standards. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during all interactions. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume contact center or call center (verifiable). Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. (Please note: schedule adjustments are not available during the first 90 days.) Preferred Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
