About the Role
Vdart is seeking an English- and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX. In this onsite call center role, you will assist Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility, claim status, and general program questions. The ideal candidate has recent high-volume contact center experience, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping people in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, professional, unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
- Respond to eligibility, claim status, and general program inquiries.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate inquiries when needed.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate teams.
- Meet performance, attendance, and quality standards.
- Follow company policies and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center or call center.
- English and Spanish bilingual proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Availability for any 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Schedule adjustments are not available during the first 90 days.
