Qualifications:
- Graduated in any Business
- Has basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Can assist clients with Moneycache POS-related concerns
- Can handle customer complaints with patience
- Can handle inquiries and follow-ups
- Leadership or team-handling experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and technical concerns
- Provide basic troubleshooting for Moneycache POS
- Assist with client setup, orientation, and support
- Coordinate complex issues with the technical team
