Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support
- Experience in Phone, Email, and Chat support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (MS CRMs (Salesforce or Zendesk), and other computer applications)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and driven
Base Salary up to P19,000
