Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of Customer Service experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience supporting US/EU customers is a plus
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
