Job description
Tasks
- Review schematics and PCB layouts, run board-level simulations, and perform system bring-up across mobile, desktop, and workstation test platforms.
- Diagnose root causes of hardware, platform, and validation failures across x86 architecture (Processors, PCIe, Memory, Chipsets, USB, SATA).
- Validate with high-speed oscilloscopes to capture jitter, eye diagrams, and transmission line behavior.
- Configure BIOS, manage device drivers, and execute test plans across Windows and Linux command-line environments.
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (2–4 years exp) or M.S. in Electrical Engineering (2+ years exp)
- If you hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and have lab validation/bring-up experience in Austin, TX
