Requirements
- 3+ Years Scrum | 5+ Years Overall.
- Candidates must not require sponsorship during the contract.
- Strong hands-on Scrum Master and Agile Coaching experience.
- Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Servant Leadership, Team Facilitation, and Mentoring.
- Impediment Removal, Conflict Resolution, and Dependency Management.
- Product Backlog Management and Continuous Improvement.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must currently reside in Cincinnati, OH.
- No relocation candidates.
