Marketing Specialist – Verona, WI

Bluebix Solutions is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist in Verona, Wisconsin. This on-site role is suited to a marketing professional who can develop campaigns, create digital content, support e-commerce, and use customer and market insights to strengthen marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product design and brand development.
• Create digital content and help design and maintain websites and e-commerce storefronts.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
• Build trade relationships and support webinars.
• Monitor web analytics and manage CRM and lead-generation processes.
• Conduct market research and develop audience segmentation strategies.
• Use surveys to assess client experience and generate marketing intelligence.
• Document procedures and systems to support continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate projects, priorities, timelines, and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and suppliers and develop evidence-based recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated results in social media marketing, email promotional campaigns, and CRM list management.
• Experience creating marketing campaigns and sustaining momentum through execution.
