Maintain accurate records and documentation related to placements and candidate interactions. Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and professional growth. Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep services competitive and relevant. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in a relevant field is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in standard office software and tools. A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field preferred. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
