Oracle Subscription Management Lead

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with Oracle platforms.
• 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
• 3+ end-to-end implementations of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
• Previous experience as a Subscription Solution Architect in customer-facing projects.
• Strong expertise in Subscription Lifecycle Management, Product & Pricing Setup, Billing Plans, and Usage-Based Pricing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Product Hub, Install Base, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue Management Cloud.
• Expertise in Quote-to-Revenue and Subscription-to-Cash processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Oracle CX, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, and third-party billing systems.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606, IFRS 15, ARR, MRR, and SaaS metrics.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Visual Builder.
• Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, people leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with Oracle AIM/OUM and Agile methodologies.
• Subscription Models: Recurring, Usage-Based, Hybrid, and Outcome-Based.
• Co-terming, Proration, Upgrades/Downgrades, Auto-Renewals, and Legacy Contract Migration.
• Supply Chain Orchestration.
• Finance and Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation.
• Knowledge of AI/Automation and enterprise solution governance.
