Responsibilities:
- Inquiry Management: Respond to calls and emails promptly to provide product and service information.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints by identifying fast, effective solutions.
- Order Support: Assist with order processing and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to address client concerns and ensure service excellence.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance the customer experience and suggest workflow improvements.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards by adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BSBA Marketing Management, BS Customs Administration, or related courses.
- Exceptional communication and professional etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
