🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Senior Platform Engineer / Infrastructure Automation Engineer
📍 Location: Charlotte, NC (Local Candidates are Preferred)
📌 Preference: Local candidates preferred
🚫 Visa: USC, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD
Key Skills & Requirements:
7+ years of Engineering and Technology Infrastructure experience.
5+ years of experience with Terraform, Ansible, Crossplane, or similar IaC tools.
Strong Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration experience.
Expertise in infrastructure automation and platform engineering.
Hands-on experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Tekton, and GitHub Actions.
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
REST API development using Golang, Python, or Java.
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Observability tools: Splunk, Grafana, Elastic, Prometheus, or AppDynamics.
Strong architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills:
Backstage Developer Portal
Istio / Linkerd
Packer / Image Builder
CI/CD and cloud-native platform engineering
SRE practices, SLI/SLO, and error budgets
