Seed-stage AI Healthcare Startup

We are partnering with a high-growth, seed-stage AI company transforming patient interaction and clinical workflows in healthcare through cutting-edge conversational intelligence.

Tasks

• Architect, build, and ship core product capabilities from 0 to 1.
• Work closely with founders and product teams to turn complex ideas into scalable, production-grade systems.
• Build resilient real-time infrastructure, integrating voice, audio processing, and LLM-driven agentic workflows.
• Help shape the technical roadmap and high-performance engineering culture as the founding engineering team grows.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Strong professional track record designing, building, and scaling software products from scratch in fast-paced startup environments.
• Deep expertise in system design, backend architectures, scalability, and security.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making high-impact technical decisions, and taking end-to-end ownership.
• Exposure to real-time audio systems, WebRTC, STT/TTS (Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs), LLMs, or conversational agents. (Strong Plus, not a hard blocker)

Pay

• $170,000 – $210,000 / year + meaningful early equity
