Venue Security Specialist

365 Security Management Group is currently accepting applications for professional Venue Security Specialists for upscale lounge, restaurant, and nightlife venues throughout the Orlando area.

We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals capable of maintaining a strong security presence while delivering exceptional customer service, enforcing venue policies, and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Access control and security screening operations
- Verification of legal during age and identification checks
- Maintaining order and preventing disturbances
- Denying entry into intoxicated, disorderly, disruptive individuals
- Monitoring guest activity and enforcing venue policies
- Assisting management with conflict prevention and de-escalation
- Conducting proactive patrols throughout the venue
- Maintaining a professional appearance and command presence at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Florida Class “D” & “G” Security License
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Professional tactical appearance and strong communication skills
- Body armor and full duty gear required
- Level D or higher retention holster required
- Previous security, hospitality, nightlife, or executive protection experience preferred
