Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone calls to provide information and resolve inquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their experience.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of queries and resolutions.
• Assist in lead generation and promote services to potential customers.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
• Meet and exceed daily performance targets and KPIs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is an advantage.
• Prior BPO or telecalling experience beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
