Pringle Technologies is hiring a full-time Call Center Executive in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. This on-site customer service role is an opportunity to help customers, resolve concerns, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team. The compensation is INR 17,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide customers with accurate information promptly.
• Address complaints and service issues with empathy and patience, working toward customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in company systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery and share effective practices.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Adapt to changing workflows and manage peak call volumes while maintaining service quality.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow data security practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation in any field; recent B.Tech graduates are not eligible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures and systems.

Team and Reporting

You will work closely with supervisors and fellow Call Center Executives and report to the Call Center Manager. The team values open communication, cooperation, and working together to meet service targets.
