Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls promptly and provide accurate information. Resolve complaints with empathy and patience to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Adapt to changing workflows and manage peak call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality. Maintain confidentiality and protect customer data security at all times. Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduation in any field (excluding recent B.Tech graduates). Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent listening skills with a customer-focused approach. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and procedures.
