Key responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Answer questions about app features, orders, and products.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Record customer interactions and issues accurately in the support system.
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and share feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
• Attend team meetings and training to build product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required and preferred qualifications

• Education: 10th pass.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with mobile apps or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
