Key Responsibilities

- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and job offers.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and share regular candidate updates.
- Discuss employment offers with selected candidates in line with compensation guidelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and share insights that can improve hiring processes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Recruiting experience, preferably 2–4 years in BPO hiring.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Recruitment-related industry certifications are a plus.
