• Screen resumes thoroughly and perform initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer extension.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Negotiate employment terms with candidates ensuring compliance with company compensation policies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and analyze hiring trends to optimize the recruitment process.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO industry.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Industry-recognized recruitment certifications are advantageous.
