Anmol Khan is hiring a full-time Telecaller / BPO Executive in Andheri East, Maharashtra, India. Earn 13,000 per month while supporting lead generation, customer engagement, and sales follow-up in a collaborative BPO team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote services.
• Record and update accurate customer information in company databases.
• Answer customer questions and explain products and services clearly.
• Follow up with leads, guide them through the sales process, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Work toward individual and team targets for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve call scripts and techniques.
• Attend team meetings and share insights to support performance improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Telecalling or lead generation experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A record of meeting or exceeding targets is an advantage.
