Utilize problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement timely solutions. Manage time efficiently to handle all customer interactions within service level agreements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and best practices. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to continuously elevate service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills. Excellent time management to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests efficiently. Proficiency with customer service software and tools. Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Work closely with customer service managers and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₹200,000 per year and is based in Kolkata, West Bengal. Remote work is not available for this role.
