For nearly 20 years, Yuvi has been the founder, owner and CEO of several companies in the online-marketing, franchising, services, retail, and financial industries. Yuvi is experienced with executive management, operations, sales, marketing and developing concepts from the startup and early stage all the way to multi-million dollar entities.
COO
Wesley is a young and ambitious entrepreneur from the Netherlands who started his first company at the age of 20. With his background in Industrial Engineering and Management, he knows how to optimize and build companies in an efficient and profitable way. In the last 4 years he started different companies and built them step-by-step from the ground up to make them a success.
CMO
Jerry has worked in marketing and web development for more than 20 years. Jerry has significant experience with online marketing campaigns, social media promotions, video production, and corporate image and related art production. Jerry has spent the last 7 years mastering the cost effective management of social media and online marketing campaigns.
CAIO
Leading Artificial Intelligence at CazVid, Bryson focuses on applying AI research to radically improve the experience of connecting talent with opportunity. He works closely with leadership to build intelligent systems that understand needs and potential more deeply, making the process more intuitive, efficient, and fair. Leveraging his background in software engineering and data science, Bryson is committed to human-centered AI development that empowers users, moving beyond systems they have to fight towards seamless experiences.
CTO
For the last 20 years, Mike has been the chief technology officer and technology executive of several start up and mid size companies. He is very experienced with software development, finding the right technologies based on companies needs, and implementing scalable technology plans.
SVP of Operations
Omer has been working in executive management in the service industry for over 10 years. Omer has begun his career in the art and design industry, where he spent nearly a decade. Later he has crossed over to several management and marketing roles in the service industry. He is experienced in general management, including recruiting, training and operations.
Anthony has over 20 years of experience in the sales management and customer service industry. He has managed teams that have generated millions in revenue for multiple companies. Anthony has worked with numerous executives in sales and business operations both in the staffing and retail space. He has been a member of the Agency Leads team since its inception in 2017.
VP of Public Relations
Stacey has nearly 20 years experience in the real estate, event promotions, and hospitality industries. She has been a general manager and a bar manager for large restaurants. She has been involved in hiring and managing employees, marketing, accounting, and all aspects of day to day operations.
VP of People & Finance
Charissa's experience in bookkeeping and HR management spans over 25 years. As Vice President of HR and Accounting, she's great at leading teams and making things happen. Her strong leadership and people skills help her manage finances and create a positive work atmosphere. She's all about improving company performance and taking care of the employees.
VP of Customer Success
Jan Sytze is Head of Account Management and a Senior Business Developer at CazVid. He works at the intersection of growth, customer success, and product adoption, helping hiring teams get measurable results from CazVid's AI-powered recruiting platform across the U.S. and Latin America. With an international business background and a cross-cultural operating style, he focuses on scalable playbooks, relationship-driven expansion, and practical automation that improves the customer experience.

Juan provides support as a Data Entry Genius, making sure that the leads registered in the platform are accurate and relevant for our users. He is an efficient employee whose experience in the industry allows him to pursue the Agency Leads mission and work in harmony with his colleagues.

Filip carries with him an extensive entrepreneurial experience that spans a period of over three decades. This has allowed him to accumulate a wealth of knowledge in customer interaction and service delivery. Having resided in various global locations, and with proficiency in several languages, he not only set up several businesses of his own, but also provided valuable consultancy to individuals initiating their own enterprises. In his role as your appointed Account Manager, Filip is committed to ensuring that your engagement with Agency Leads surpasses your expectations.

Jorge holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Processes and is embarking on his professional journey. During his time as a student, he gained experience working as an assistant for real estate agents and as an administrative assistant. He is now eager to enhance his knowledge and skills to become more competitive in his career in the professional world.
VP of Business Intelligence
Federico is a young and enthusiastic data analyst from Argentina who is looking for challenges. With a 4 years background developing different web application is still looking for new experiences that can make him grow in an international environment.
VP of Product Analytics
Mauro is a young systems degree student at the University of Lanus, with more than 2 years of experience in data analysis and data entry. Responsible for carrying out the daily tasks of the Blaze team and meeting objectives.

Barbara is a responsible person capable of carrying out multiple administrative tasks, always willing to teach other people who need it. She is receptive to learning any other task or assignment with prior agreement, time flexibility is usually an advantage as she adapts quickly, her independence and discipline gives her the ability to continually acquire new knowledge. With knowledge in the virtual area, she plays a significant role at CazVid.
