Every CazVid account comes with a personal referral link. Earn Impact Points when direct referrals reach qualified milestones, when you complete eligible one-time actions, and through approved review evidence when your organization is invited to a campaign.
Three steps, no separate sign-up required
1. Share your link
Your referral link carries your CazVid username. Copy it from the Earn hub, share it to WhatsApp or LinkedIn, or just share a job, Cazume, or profile from inside CazVid - your username rides along automatically.
2. They join CazVid
When someone uses your link and creates an account, they can be attributed to you. A click or raw signup earns nothing. Points begin only after a referral meets CazVid's qualification requirements.
3. You earn
Qualified referral outcomes earn Impact Points: 1 for a qualified signup, 3 for a first completed application, 8 for a first approved live job post, and 25 for a first paid customer. First-paid-customer points mature only after a 30-day settlement period. Each outcome can be rewarded once per referred person. These are platform rewards, not cash payments.

The core of the program. Direct referrals can earn you Impact Points when they reach qualified milestones. Referral levels mark your own progress only - they never create downlines or second-degree referral rewards.
Do and earn
A one-time action checklist for your own account. Eligible actions award Impact Points once, with the point value shown in the Earn hub. Review campaigns are invite-only and unavailable by default. When your organization is eligible, approved evidence may award 3 Impact Points for Trustpilot, 3 for Google Business Profile, 5 for G2, and 10 for Capterra. Review points require CazVid approval and never directly award credits or cash.
Progress has no final level
Your level follows your Impact Points
The Impact Point threshold for level L is T(L) = 5*(L-1)*L. Level 1 starts at 0 Impact Points, level 2 starts at 10 Impact Points, and new levels keep going. Qualified direct-referral outcomes, eligible one-time actions, and approved review evidence from an eligible campaign contribute to your level.
Benefits match your account type
Employers receive the level reward shown in the Earn hub for each newly crossed level. Level credits are released only when the employer has a verified phone number. Job seekers do not receive level credits. A higher seeker level may be a limited factor in employer recommendation ordering, but it never guarantees an outcome.
