These are the terms for the "Earn with CazVid" program (the "program"), operated by CazVid (the "company," "we," "us"). By using your referral link, sharing CazVid, or completing any activity that earns a reward under this program, you agree to these terms in addition to the CazVid Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
This program is separate from any agency or reseller Affiliate arrangement described in the CazVid Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you have a separate written affiliate or reseller agreement with CazVid, that agreement governs its own commissions independently of this program.
1. The program in plain words
Every CazVid account comes with a personal referral link that carries your username. When you share it and someone you referred does something valuable on CazVid, you earn a reward. There are two ways to earn:
- Share and earn. Send people your link. When someone you referred signs up, applies to a job, posts a job, or becomes a paying customer, you earn credits (or, for a paying customer, a share of their first purchase in real money).
- Do and earn. You can also earn credits for completing certain one-time actions on your own account, like recording a video resume or publishing your Cazume, whether or not anyone referred you.
Rewards are tracked automatically. You do not need to apply or sign up separately - if you have a CazVid account, you are already enrolled.
2. Eligibility
- One account per person. Rewards are tied to a single, real individual - not a household, a company, or a bot.
- You must be a real person, not an automated account, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher).
- Your account must be in good standing - not suspended, banned, or under review for fraud or abuse.
- [To be confirmed: whether CazVid employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are excluded from cash rewards under this program. If excluded, they may still be eligible for credit rewards.]
- CazVid may restrict eligibility by country or region where required by local law or payment-rail availability.
3. How earning works - referrals
When someone signs up using your referral link, they become your "referred user" for as long as this program runs. You earn a reward when your referred user completes one of these qualifying events, and each qualifying event pays you once per referred person:
- Verified signup. Your referred user creates an account and completes CazVid's standard verification (e.g., verified email, minimum profile information). We do not pay on raw clicks or unverified signups - this protects the reward pool from fake accounts.
- First application. Your referred user completes their first job application on CazVid.
- First approved job post. Your referred user's first job post is reviewed and approved.
- First paid purchase. Your referred user's account or organization makes its first payment to CazVid.
Attribution rules
- Your referral link must actually be used - the person you refer needs to click your link (or have your username applied to their signup through the platform's normal sharing flow) before they create their account.
- If more than one referral link could apply to the same signup, the last link used before signup is the one that counts.
- Once a referred user is attributed to you at signup, that attribution is permanent - it cannot be changed, transferred, or reassigned later, even if the person later claims a different referrer.
- CazVid's internal records are the final word on whether a referral occurred, which link was used, and whether a qualifying event happened. We keep this record so disputes can be resolved consistently, but our decision on attribution is final.
4. How earning works - your own actions
You can also earn credits by completing certain one-time activities in your own account. These do not require a referral - they reward you directly for building out your CazVid presence. Each action pays once per account, and only once the underlying activity meets our quality bar (we reward completed, approved work - not just clicking a button):
- Recording a video resume that is reviewed and approved
- Completing your profile to CazVid's minimum-completeness standard
- Publishing your Cazume (public candidate profile)
- Completing your first job application
- Turning on job alerts / saved searches for the first time
- Completing your company/organization profile (employers)
- Getting your first job post approved (employers)
5. Rewards
There are two kinds of rewards under this program:
CazVid credits. Credits are a platform-only reward with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or redeemed outside CazVid. Credits may expire according to CazVid's credits policy [To be confirmed: link to credits policy / expiration terms once published].
USD accrual (referral-only). When your referred user makes their first paid purchase, you accrue a real US-dollar amount equal to [To be confirmed: percentage, proposed 25%] of the value of that first purchase. This accrual:
- Applies only to referred paid conversions - it does not apply to credit-based rewards or own-action rewards.
- Is subject to a 30-day hold before it becomes part of your payable balance, to allow time for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud review.
- Is voided if the underlying purchase is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent within the hold period (or later, if fraud is discovered after the fact - see Section 8).
6. Cash payouts
Cash payouts are a planned future phase of this program and are not available at launch. This section describes how they will work once enabled:
- Identity verification required. Before any cash payout, you will need to verify your identity through CazVid's verification process.
- Minimum balance. You must have accrued at least [To be confirmed: minimum payable balance, proposed USD 50] in payable balance before you can request a payout.
- Tax forms required. Before we can pay you, you must submit a completed W-8BEN (for individuals outside the United States) or the applicable local equivalent. If you are a US taxpayer, a different form may apply [To be confirmed: W-9 handling for US persons]. We cannot release payment without a valid, current tax form on file.
- Payout method and timing are at CazVid's discretion. We choose the payout rail(s) we offer, the schedule (e.g., monthly batches), and may change these over time.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. Any tax obligation arising from your rewards, wherever you live, is your responsibility, not CazVid's.
7. This is a single-tier program - no downlines, ever
This is important, so we're stating it plainly: you only earn rewards for people you directly refer. There is no reward, bonus, or credit of any kind for:
- Recruiting other people to become referrers or promoters
- Anyone in a "downline" below the people you refer
- Any activity by the people that your referred users go on to refer
If you refer someone and they refer someone else, you earn nothing from that second-degree referral - only the person who directly referred them does. This program is a referral program, not a multi-level marketing structure, and it is built - in the underlying reward logic, not just in these words - so that it can never function like one.
8. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in forfeiture of the associated reward(s) and may result in account suspension, permanent forfeiture of your program balance, and removal from the program:
- Self-referral. Referring yourself, an account you control, or an account belonging to someone in your household or organization for the purpose of generating rewards.
- Fake or duplicate accounts. Creating multiple accounts, using disposable emails or automated tools to generate signups, or otherwise manufacturing qualifying events that do not reflect real people using CazVid.
- Incentivized or misleading signups. Paying, trading, or otherwise incentivizing someone to sign up, or misrepresenting what CazVid is or does in order to get someone to sign up.
- Spam. Sending unsolicited bulk messages, posting your referral link in a way that violates a platform's terms of service, or otherwise referring people in a way that creates a poor experience for them or for CazVid.
- Bidding on CazVid brand terms. Purchasing search ads on "CazVid," "Cazume," or confusingly similar terms/misspellings to redirect traffic through your referral link.
- Cookie stuffing or click injection. Placing tracking cookies, deep-link data, or referral attribution on a person's device without their knowledge or a genuine click/action by them.
Enforcement
CazVid may, at its discretion and without prior notice:
- Void any reward tied to prohibited conduct or a fraudulent qualifying event.
- Claw back credits or USD accrual already granted, including by deducting a negative balance from future rewards or, where legally permitted, other amounts owed to you.
- Suspend or terminate your access to the program, independent of any action taken against your CazVid account generally.
- Forfeit your entire program balance in cases of serious or repeated abuse.
9. Disclosure duties when you share publicly
If you promote your referral link publicly (social media posts, videos, blogs, forum posts, public groups - anything other than a private message to someone you know), you must clearly disclose that you may earn a reward for referrals. This isn't optional - it's a legal requirement in most places CazVid operates, and we expect every promoter to follow it.
- United States (FTC): disclose your material connection to CazVid clearly and conspicuously, in the post or video itself, not hidden in a bio or behind a "see more" link.
- Mexico (PROFECO): use a clear label such as #PublicidadPagada or #Publicidad.
- Colombia (SIC): follow the same clear-disclosure principle for influencer/promotional content.
Suggested disclosure line (adapt to the platform's character limits, but keep the meaning):
"I'm a CazVid affiliate/referrer and may earn a reward if you sign up through my link. #PublicidadPagada #CazVidPartner"
Using this exact line is not mandatory, but any disclosure you use must be at least as clear.
10. Program limits
To keep the program sustainable and fraud-resistant, CazVid may apply the following limits. These may change over time; the limits in effect at the time of a qualifying event are the ones that apply.
- Daily qualified-signup cap: up to [To be confirmed: daily cap, proposed 20] qualified signups per referrer per day count toward rewards. Signups beyond the cap on a given day may be held for manual review rather than automatically rewarded.
- Monthly USD cap: up to [To be confirmed: monthly cap, proposed USD 1,000] in USD accrual per referrer per calendar month. Amounts beyond the cap may be held for manual review or carried to the following month, at CazVid's discretion.
- CazVid may apply additional per-referrer or per-referred-user limits as needed to prevent abuse.
11. CazVid's rights
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate this program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including changing reward amounts, qualifying events, caps, and payout rules going forward.
- We have final say on any disputed question of attribution, qualification, or reward eligibility. We aim to be fair and consistent, but our determination is binding.
- No vested right to future rewards. Participating in this program, earning past rewards, or reaching a milestone does not guarantee that the same rewards, rates, or program structure will continue to be available in the future.
- If we terminate the program, we will honor rewards that were already fully earned and qualified as of the termination date, subject to the fraud/hold provisions above [To be confirmed: wind-down policy for balances in the 30-day hold at termination].
12. Privacy
Participating in this program means we process some additional data about you and the people you refer - your referral link and username, which link was used for a given signup, and the qualifying events tied to your account - in order to track and pay rewards. This is covered under CazVid's Privacy Policy. We do not sell this data.
13. Governing law and contact
